Vixen by Fox Labs workshops may at its sole discretion, choose to cancel an event due to low attendance or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we will notify you via the listed contact provided at registration. You will be refunded all registration fees. If a registration fee was paid, cancellations more than 7 days from the scheduled event start time will receive a full refund.  We're sorry, but we are a small business that custom creates, orders and or prepares all of our products in advance of the scheduled event and last-minute cancellations (less than 7 days from the scheduled event date) or no shows are ineligible for refunds. At any time, you are welcome to send an alternate to the event in your place or have us make your items for you to pick up after the event is over. Advance notice is preferred. If you are purchasing for someone else then you must be the one to cancel the order for all attending. Thank you for your understanding.
